TWZ Enterprises eClass Privacy Policy

TWZ Enterprises requests a certain amount of information from our students in order to provide the TWZ eClass educational experience. Although we gather names, email addresses, and other personal information during the enrollment process, all information is kept confidential and secure. We use industry standard encryption and other security techniques to protect user data. Information is used for course-user configuration purposes and to assist us in creating the best possible user experience. We occasionally send newsletters and important updates to users who have indicated their persmission to receive such mailings at the time of enrollment. Users who receive such mailings will be provided with a link to automatically unsubscribe themselves if they choose to do so.

We will not divulge private information to any unauthorized person. It is understood that information entered on our system(s) may be seen by a variety of people administering, participating or monitoring any part of the chosen platform, within the reasonable guidelines set therein. TWZ Enterprises will also comply with any legal request(s) made by any body so authorized for information should proper documentation be provided to us.
